Maintenance team support for multifamily waste operations

We take trash off your maintenance schedule: container moves, trash rooms, bulk and enclosures handled six days a week at Northern California apartment communities, so your team works on turns.

Waste work off your team's plate

Green Glove Heroes takes waste work off apartment maintenance schedules at multifamily properties across Northern California. Six days a week, Sunday through Friday, our crews handle container moves, trash rooms, enclosures, bulk items, and contamination. Your maintenance team gets back the hours that were going to trash, and one client's team got at least two hours a day back.

The tasks that quietly eat a maintenance week

Somebody on your team drags carts out at 5am and pushes them back, and the trash room smells. There's a couch by the enclosure and the compactor is jammed again. The bag of trash in the recycling has to get pulled, too. None of it is on the work order list, and your team still has to get through it first.

What we take

  1. 01Push-pull, taking containers out for pickup and back
  2. 02We clear the trash rooms and chute rooms
  3. 03We pull contamination before the truck comes
  4. 04Bulk and dumped items get staged and removed
  5. 05Vacant-unit trash-outs, with Saturdays available
  6. 06When the compactor faults, we report it and schedule the servicer
  7. 07We schedule power washing for the enclosure

The numbers behind the hours

At a Milpitas community, we converted the property-owned compactors to managed front-load service, and the team stopped babysitting compactors entirely. Read the case study

Rated 5 out of 5.

"Green Glove Heroes reduced our property's trash costs by 47% and saved our maintenance team at least 2 hours a day in trash labor. It was very beneficial so maintenance could focus on other property tasks other than being consumed by trash problems."

Turns move faster

When a vacant unit is still full of the last resident's furniture, you lose a day of rent and the paint crew sits waiting. Our porters are already on-site, so we schedule trash-outs around your turn calendar, including Saturdays. Vacant Unit Trash-Outs

When the compactor goes down

We schedule your approved servicer and stage the overflow, and we work out temporary containers with the hauler. We leave repairs to your servicer and keep the downtime off your team's plate. Compactor Maintenance

Emergency and Saturday coverage

We're available Saturdays for trash-outs, power washing, bulk, and emergency calls. We respond on demand for clients within 48 hours.
