6-day on-site service, Sunday through Friday
Green Glove Heroes crews are on your Northern California multifamily property Sunday through Friday on a fixed schedule set by routing and your property's needs.

Six days a week on a fixed schedule
Green Glove Heroes crews are on your multifamily property proactively six days a week, Sunday through Friday, on a fixed schedule timed to routing and your property's needs. It's our goal to catch overflow, contamination, and dumping on the day they happen, before they become a hauler charge, a city notice, or a resident complaint. Saturday is available for trash-outs, power washing, bulk, and emergencies.
Why we work on a fixed schedule
A vendor who promises to come when you call still needs you to notice the problem, make the call, and wait. By then, the truck has photographed the overflow and the fee is on the bill. We exclusively offer 6-day-a-week servicing. Through extensive experience, we've learned this frequency, especially including Sundays, is crucial for consistently managing trash and ensuring it's prepared for hauler pickup.

What happens when Green Glove Heroes visits a property
We sort all three waste streams. Contamination is pulled. Containers are staged for that day's pickup and returned afterward. Trash rooms and enclosures are cleared. Bulk trash is staged. And we fully document everything, and any issues are reported. Service times vary with hauler pickup days, our route schedules, and your property's needs.
You get the same crew every week
Full-time, uniformed W-2 employees are assigned to your property, so they know your enclosure, your hauler's habits, and your residents. Our teams are backed by scheduling and fleet-tracking systems, with backup plans in place to address potential service delays.
What our services give back to your team
Moving carts, clearing trash rooms, and dealing with overflow comes off your maintenance schedule. Kayla H., one of our clients, put it this way: Green Glove Heroes "saved our maintenance team at least 2 hours a day in trash labor." At a 373-unit Milpitas community, maintenance time on waste dropped 50%. In a second Milpitas community, the change returned 28 hours of staff time per month. What you see from the office
