No. Your existing hauler collects your trash, recycling, and organics, and we work with them on your behalf.

Yes. As part of our on-site service, we remove bulk items and e-waste and handle vacant-unit trash-outs. Appliances, electronics, TVs, and monitors go straight from your property to a facility that accepts them. We don't take oil, paint, light bulbs, or other liquids, and we'll point you to the right vendor for those.

No, we don't offer valet trash, which is the service that picks up bagged trash from each resident's door. We work at the containers, trash rooms, and enclosures where all of that trash ends up, and properties that already have a valet provider use us alongside them.

We service apartments, multifamily properties, and affordable housing communities across Northern California, in Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Solano counties.

It's best to plan on it taking about 90 days. Hauler approval and implementation usually take 30 to 60 days, then about 30 more to dial the system in.
