Trash rooms and chute rooms cleared, containers reset, and bin repairs scheduled at Northern California multifamily properties, six days a week.

Trash rooms kept in working order
Green Glove Heroes keeps trash rooms, chute rooms, and containers in working order at multifamily properties across Northern California. Crews clear accumulated waste, reset containers to their correct positions and labels, and report damaged bins for repair, six days a week as part of porter service. Bin cleaning is handled by our washing contractor, with no chemicals. We do not clean trash chutes at present.

A key aspect residents judge your property by
Prospective residents tour the trash room, and so do inspectors. When they walk in and find overflowing containers next to a cracked bin and a jammed chute door, the room tells them a story about how the whole property is run.
We handle bin repairs for you
If a bin has a cracked lid or a missing wheel, or its hinge is bent, our crews report it the day they see it. We schedule the repair or replacement with your hauler or the property's vendor, so you don't have to make the call. That vendor does all of the repairs, and our part is reporting what's needed and scheduling the service.
Bin cleaning without chemicals
Bins are washed by our power-wash contractor, who carries its own insurance and uses no cleaning chemicals. Our daily sorting services do not involve the use of chemicals, and no chemicals are introduced to your property.
Compactors in the room
If your trash room has a compactor, we monitor it, report faults, and schedule your servicer. We don't repair compactors; your property's approved servicer does. Compactor Maintenance
Signs your trash room needs more attention

- The lids won't close.
- Containers are out of position or missing their labels.
- The chute room door is propped open or won't close.
- You can smell the room from the hallway.
- Residents are leaving furniture and boxes in the room.
What we don't do
We do not presently do trash chute cleaning. We do not use any chemicals. We do not handle oil, paint, light bulbs, blood, or other liquid or gas waste; when crews find it, they separate it, notify your maintenance staff, and direct them to the correct licensed facility.
