These terms govern your use of greengloveheroes.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Global Waste Systems Inc., doing business as Green Glove Heroes (“Green Glove Heroes”, “we”, “us”).

What this site is

This site describes our waste management services and lets you contact us, request a quote, or apply for a job. It is informational.

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. A quote request is a request, not a booking. Submitting a form does not create a service relationship, and neither does our reply to it. Services begin only under a signed agreement.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your association with a person or organisation.
• Interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or attempt to get around our spam protection or any access control.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content from the site.
• Send us anything containing malware or harmful code.

What you send us

You are responsible for what you submit and you confirm that you have the right to send it. Do not send confidential information through this site; use a channel we have agreed with you.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to use it to respond to you and to run our business — for example, to prepare a quote or assess a job application. What we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos, case studies and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read the site, and print or share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, or use our content or branding commercially without our written permission.

Case studies and results

The case studies on this site describe real work for real properties and the figures in them are the figures we recorded. Some are anonymised at the client’s request. Every property is different: past results are not a promise of what we can save you. Any number we quote you will be based on your own waste stream, service levels and hauler contracts.

Testimonials

Testimonials are the words of the customers who gave them and reflect their own experience. They are not paid for and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

Where we link to a site we do not run, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices. Follow those links at your own risk.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. Employment applications

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or a promise of consideration. Any employment we do offer is at-will unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
