Enclosure Power Washing
Pressure washing and odor mitigation for trash enclosures, dumpster pads, and bins at Northern California multifamily properties, scheduled by Green Glove Heroes.

Clean enclosures on a schedule
Green Glove Heroes arranges pressure washing for trash enclosures, dumpster pads, bins, and surrounding hardscape at multifamily properties across Northern California. We provide professional pressure washing and odor mitigation services for all types of trash enclosures, performed by our washing contractor, who carries its own insurance and uses no cleaning chemicals. Saturday scheduling is available so it never interrupts your week.
Why enclosures need washing on a schedule
Liquid and residue collect under the containers, in spots nobody checks. Leave it and the pad starts to smell and stain, then pests move in, and that's the first thing an inspector or a prospective resident walking by is going to notice. We'd rather wash on a schedule and never let it get there.
What the washing covers
Our contractor washes the enclosure floors and walls, the dumpster pads, the bins and container exteriors, and the hardscape around them.
Water only, no cleaning chemicals
Our washing contractor does the work without cleaning chemicals and carries its own insurance, and we don't use any chemicals in our own daily sorting either. Wash water still can't go into the storm drain.
In most of the Bay Area, storm drains run straight to creeks and the Bay, and California prohibits letting pollutants into them. Bay Area stormwater guidance holds both the person who discharges wash water and the property owner where it originated liable. For dumpster and parking areas, that guidance calls for blocking the storm drain, collecting the wash water and pumping it to the sanitary sewer, after checking the local wastewater agency's rules. We schedule it around the days we're already there
Because our porters are on-site six days a week, washing is scheduled when the enclosure is cleared, and containers are out, and the porters put everything back.
Signs your enclosure is due
Walk out to your enclosure and look for these signs:
- You can smell it before you get to it.
- Flies or rodents are hanging around the containers.
- The pad under the containers is stained or has a film on it.
- Lids and handles are sticky.
- Residents have mentioned the smell or the mess.
- An inspection, an owner visit, or a leasing push is coming up.
If you see any one of these, it's time to put washing on a schedule.
