Proof of Service & Monitoring

Proof matters, from dealing with haulers to city notices. Every Green Glove Heroes solution ensures detailed records and photos at every touch point, with easy access to this data for you.

Every visit photographed and dated

Green Glove Heroes photographs and dates every service visit at your multifamily property and reaches out to you first when the crew finds an issue. You get links to view the photos, so you can review the record yourself. The same record is what wins a hauler dispute, responds to a city notice, and shows an owner or lender that the property is being operated.

Every visit is photographed and documented

Our industry-leading proof-of-service system ensures that your property is consistently maintained daily as scheduled. You get links to view the proof-of-service photos. Photos and data from each visit are available at least 24 hours after the visit, and from then on you can check them yourself without calling anyone or taking anyone's word for it.

What GGH documents and records

Green Glove Heroes documents every container before and after sorting, including every push-pull, bulk staged and removed, dumped items found, compactor faults, and missed hauler pickups. We record anything a resident, an inspector, or a hauler could later dispute.

We tell you first about any issues that arise

When the crew finds something, you hear it from us before it turns into a fee, a notice, or a resident complaint: an overflowing container, dumped items, a compactor fault, a missed hauler pickup, contamination that keeps coming back. Your account manager will reach out with the photos and an update on what we are doing about them.

Proper documentation is risk mitigation

Our proof-of-service photos and data give you the evidence to dispute charges for missed services or unnecessary return trips. When a contamination fee comes in and we have a dated photo of a clean container behind it, you have strong grounds to get it reversed.

How a photo turns into a credit

Maybe the hauler hits you with a contamination charge, or logs a missed pickup and says your container wasn't out. Either way, we pull up that day's photos, the ones the crew took after sorting and again once the container was staged at the collection point, time stamp and all, and your account manager sends them to the hauler with the dispute.

Some franchise agreements put the credit in writing. In central Contra Costa County, for example, Republic Services has to credit your bill for any missed pickup it doesn't collect by the next business day. RecycleSmart 2025 rate FAQs

We photograph the same containers the truck cameras do

More haulers now photograph and score containers automatically from the truck. Our crew photographs the same containers after sorting them, so a disputed charge has a second, dated record to back it up. AI Smart Truck Fine Mitigation

You can request reports when you need them

Bulk and contamination reports are available on request for owners, lenders, compliance reviews, and city correspondence.

We monitor your property over time

Because the same crew is on your property six days a week, they start to see patterns, like which container fills first or which corner gets dumped on. We put what they see to work in program design and trash area optimization.

That depends on your franchise agreement. Central Contra Costa County's agreement, for example, requires a credit when the hauler doesn't collect a missed pickup by the next business day, and our photos show whether your container was out.

Yes. Our crews are on-site six days a week, so they spot the patterns, and we document each one and fix it.
